Opening new horizons and creating a normal, functional life for cleft palate patients

A case study on a patient with an unknown syndrome, severe occlusal abnormalities and cleft palate was treated surgically through a Le fort 1 osteotomy, bilateral saggital split and orthodontics, regained a normal, functional life after the placement of cobalt chromium obturator and a uniquely designed mandibular cobalt chromium removable partial denture.
